Condominium/Townhouse Inspection

These inspections can inspect all of what is normally included in a whole home inspection, or, since some community associations cover some aspects of the exterior and/or the roof, you can elect to not have those items not inspected.

These inspections cover the same areas of a whole home inspection. A full report will be issued to the home buyer.

This is a thorough inspection and report of the new home for buyers who want a punch-list or a list of un-finished items for the builder to address.


Inspections During Construction

This is a unique service that will provide a list of things during several stages of the construction process that you may want to address with the general contractor or builder. Sometimes general contractors may not have the highest quality control methods - and this is a chance for you to take your own quality control measures. Home Seller Inspection

This inspection is for the home seller who wants to make sure their home is in the best possible condition before they put their home on the market. This inspection is designed to prevent "surprises" at then time a contract for the sale of the home is accepted and inspections performed by the buyer reveal significant issues and concerns. The inspector may also point out items that may not be deficient, but are items that will send red flags up for potential buyers.


Home Buyer Technical Tour

This service is for buyers who are buying a home inspected by Ohio Property Inspection Services prior to the home being placed on the market. The fees are usually reduced from normal whole home inspection fees and offer the chance for the home buyer to walk through the home with the inspector. Depending on how long the home has been on the market since the initial inspection, the inspector will perform various inspections on the home to make sure that everything is still in working order. A full report will be issued to the home buyer.

This service is also available to buyers of a home that had already been inspected for another potential home buyer, but where the sale did not close.


Home Maintenance Inspection

This inspection is designed specifically for those homeowners who wish to learn more about their home and how they can keep it in the best possible shape. Some homeowners' may have just inherited the property or are buying it from family members. We can design an inspection package that makes sense for you.
